Initially, we asked Koen to audit Kunnig because there was a trust issue between employees and the management team. He took a very discreet, conscientious and comprehensive approach, and the board of directors was very satisfied with the results.

We later also contracted him to implement the change process as the interim CEO. He charted the course and took care of the phased implementation. Despite the turbulent atmosphere and sensitivity to change, Koen soon came to be seen as an in-house employee who clicked with our company culture. He was the ideal sparring partner and sounding board for the board of directors (and myself in particular as its chair).

We have since rolled out various phases of this change process, working closely with Koen thanks to our trusting relationship. Koen’s role as a bridge-builder and facilitator was crucial as the employees in our organisation were not in a position to oversee this process.

We contracted Harmos for a short but urgent mission at Dupont. We had a number of HR issues that needed a structural approach but we did not have the margin to hire a permanent employee.
