3. The personal data we process

We only process the personal data we need and only store these for a limited period of time. In case we transfer your data to third parties, we will conclude a processor's agreement and/or model contract clause with them in which they guarantee your privacy.

3.1 Contact information

3.1.1 Contact form

If you fill out the contact form, we will not store your first name, e-mail address, telephone number and message on this website. Instead, we will have these data transferred to our secured Office 365 mailbox via an SSL connection. This is necessary to communicate with you.

Office 365 (Microsoft) stores your data on servers in the EU and the US. Microsoft secures your data. It concluded a model contract with us with an equivalent level of protection as that of the GDPR, which means it will respect your privacy.

Every year, we delete the contact form entries that are more than 3 years old, unless you have become a customer in the meantime. In that case, we will retain the data until 3 years after you indicate that you are no longer a customer.

3.1.2 Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will store your first name and e-mail address in Mailchimp to be able to send you the newsletter. Mailchimp also collects statistics when you read our newsletter: your browser type, ID and the number of times you open the newsletter and/or click on a link. We use these data to improve the newsletter and to solve potential issues.

Mailchimp secures your data. It concluded a model contract with us with an equivalent level of protection as that of the GDPR, which means it will respect your privacy.

We will retain your data until 1 year after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can easily unsubscribe by clicking on the link at the bottom of every newsletter.

3.2 Other personal data (only for potential customers and customers)

If you request a quotation or become a customer, we will collect the data needed to make an offer, execute the contract and send you invoices. These data for example include your first name, last name, company address, telephone number, e-mail address and VAT number.

These data are safely stored on our computer and smartphone, in our address book, calendar and banking software, among other places. We will share these data with our accountant if required to do so by law.

4.1 Statistics (Google Analytics)

When you visit our website, we will store specific data in Google Analytics such as, for example, your browser type, operating system, assumed place of consultation, time and date of the consultation, which pages you visited, etc. These statistics are completely anonymous. we use these statistics to analyse visitors’ surfing behaviour and to optimise the website.

Google stores your data on servers in the EU and the US. Google secures your data. It concluded a model contract with us with an equivalent level of protection as that of the GDPR, which means it will respect your privacy. We make sure your data are not shared with anyone else.

  • The firewall filters all traffic to this site and thus prevents malware and hacking. This is comparable to the virus scanner on your PC.
